Hi Donna,noticed your question and mailorder source I know of is Forest
Farm(in Oregon)largest they list is 5gal/5-6' at $26.with surcharge as
well as shipping charges of $24. surface and $56.air.in the west..In the
east its $35.sur.and $79.air.Ouch!!
But they are a good nursery and shipping is impecible.<forestfarm.com>Its
a beautiful tree alright.
