Hi Kris,

   Paul mentioned R. acris 'Flore Pleno', but there's a whole host of 
   double-flowering Ranunculus.  I'm most familiar with R. repens
   var. pleniflorus, but there's also Ranunculus ficaria flore-pleno
   as well as a whole host of special cultivars.

   I just cracked open the RHS Plant Finder to see what they list, but
   there's too many to type...  :)
