This sounds so wonderful, though I am sorry to hear of this lady's
passing.

The idea of a garden which is over twenty years old!
We lived at our previous dwelling about 20 years, and had a lot of
plants that we took with us when we moved, about 6 years ago. But the
last place had much less land, and less sun, too, being at the bottom of
a hill, which meant that by 3:00 p.m., in the summer, it was shady on
most of the plot.
I have a lot more land now, and somewhat more sunny spots, but it is
taking a long time to establish the gardens.
