No info Kris, but one big shock. Cassandra lived a few miles down the pike
from us and was often on garden tours, spoke freely at all clubs and sold
plants and books at local sales. Her house and garden are in Hudson, New
York. She has/had a web page where the wedding of her son is featured. She
started when he was a little boy.
She was a native of NYC and began her career as stand-up comedian. I met
here many times at local affairs, a warm, funny and more dedicated gardener
than most saw on TV. Hudson is a short train ride up from NYC and many
weekend homes are there. The Danz home is on a city street, an old
Victorian. She was not in the retirement group yet, sorry about this news, I
did not see it until I read your post.
There is this weekend a sale this coming Saturday, called the Hudson-Bush
Farm sale and she was always there with "Walter", both popular figures in the
area.
