Technu is available at our local CVS. A friend recommended it to me a
couple of years ago when I came down with what I thought was going to be a
bit of an inconvenience. I tried it, but evidently my poison ivy was
systemic and Technu did nothing to relieve the itch, spreading, pussy mess I
turned into. The only thing that gave me any relief was a prescription for
steriods and something I ordered online (very expensive, but very
effective - unfortunately I can't remember what it was). I used to get mild
cases of poison ivy when I was a child. Forty years later I was totally
amazed at how serious it could be.
