Just remove the soil, wrap them in newspapers and dampen them. Sphagnum
moss is not necessary. Do not get soggy wet. Plastic is necessary to
prevent box from getting wet. Make sure you fill the box so it won't shift
around. Priority mail can actually be cheaper than parcel post because
there are only two zones for Priority. When you use the free boxes there is
almost never any damage.
