Hip Hip Hurray!! I'm very pleased that the city came to their
senses......with a little encouragement from your attorney maybe?

Don't know if any of you remember I had an issue with the City I live in
about plantings on a corner lot. They said it was blocking the intersection
and was in violation of the Clear Vision Code and virtually were asking me
to cut about 2/3 of my garden down to 2 feet and KEEP it there.

In order not to bore you witht he details, the bottom line seems to be that
my plants pre-existed their Code and can stay. If any of you want any
particular details for reasons of your own (concerns of this happening to
you), please write me privately and I'll give you the details.
