Since I'm also a cook besides being a gardener, I'd like to recommend Penzey's spices for excellent grade cinnamon. You can buy in bulk (they do mail order) and you don't have to depend on those costly tiny bottles from the grocery store. And whatever is left over makes great cookies and pumpkin pies!
