I doubt the relatively weak amount of chlorine in a swimming pool would cause a problem in this case, but the mixing of bleach (chemically, sodium hypochlorite) and household ammonia (a water solution of NH3 and water) can produce chlorine gas (poisonous) and/or hydrazine (explosive), depending upon the concentration of reactants which are present.Would depend if the two things are chemically changed in contact with the ground or not. Any chemists out there?
