I agree because the flower looks just like a vinca. Well, I have mown
it and know what you mean, but what I'm finding even more effective
is just jerking it out of the ground, potting it and giving it to my
girlfriend who is eager for it. my soil is actually pretty good, loose
and deep and dark, and it's often easy to just grab things by the
throat (or the junction between root and plant) and pull.
But thanks, I think you're right, it does look like a vinca! And I'm
glad to learn the herbicide might hurt.
