I grow 7 varieties in my 70 x 100' lot and have
never had a seedling.

REALLY? There are lots of us here in the
Pacific Northwest that would be
very surprised if that were true! How is it
invasive? Self seeding? I
grow 4 cultivars that bloom profusely and have
yet to find a seedling. I get
the newsletter from Oregon State University
North Willamette Experimental
Station and feel quite confident that if
Buddleias were invasive and should
not be grown they would notify the nursery
growers of this state to stop
growing it. I would be interested in reviewing
your source of information.
