Heucheras...where to plant?

Hi, folks...

I did the thing that we are never supposed to do but always do (at least, I
hope I'm not the only one}...ordered plants without knowing EXACTLY where
to put them. Well, I thought I knew, but everything looks a little
different now than it did in January. Plants in question are heuchera
'Persian Carpet' and heuchera 'Pewter Veil'. That foliage has to take
center stage! But just how much sun can they take and how much water do
they really need? And what other plants consort well with them? Thanks for
any advice!
