"Much planted as a garden flower, this plant frequently escapes
from cultivation into partially shaded waste ground, and into
vacant lots of our suburban towns. Colonies of these plants in
bloom become quite conspicuous in late May and June. Once
established, it can become quite persistent. Typical associates
include Acer negundo, Arctium minus, Barbarea vulgaris,
Cryptotaenia canadensis, Dactylis glomerata, Galium aparine,
Geum canadense, Leonurus cardiaca, Nepeta cataria, Parthenocissus
quinquefolia, Rhamnus cathartica, Rubus occidentalis, Sambucus
canadensis, Sanicula gregaria, Viola sororia, and Vitis riparia.

I included the latter section so that you can see how the book works.
If I have a native species that I'm not sure where to plant, I check
to see if I'm growing any of the associated species and assume that
if I am, I can plant the new selection in similar conditions.
Note: The book discerns between native and non-native species through
italicized and standard text. I couldn't do that above.

Well, if you can contain the plant and it doesn't take over or go into
your neighbor's yard, then go for it! I think that the key here is
responsibility -- since you know that it has the potential to cause
problems, you should monitor it more closely and be prepared to take
measures against it if necessary.
Once comment: I've seen some wildflower mixes that are sold in
a can, but many of the plants within are invasive Eurasian species.
Yours doesn't appear to have been marketed as a wildflower mix, so
you knew what you were getting into. I've talked to a lot of people
who were upset at being duped into growing non-native wildflowers.
Read the labels and check out the plants if you're unsure!
I think I'm rambling... :)
