Oh yes for our beloved pets -- mine all have Emperor Red Tulips as Salukis
rule here - I have Pheasant Eye on the grave of a good friend's German
Shorthair and have finally found exactly what I want on the graves of the
Salukis that were abandoned and couldn't be rehomed - bleeding hearts
On a happier note -- my two sisters and I share plants - every year
something goes from each of our gardens to the other -- this year they will
be getting a chunk of my intermediate iris and the daffodil Salmon Trout
both of which multiplied like crazy lately.
One of us is in N Wis with sand and acid soil -- one in IA in a warmer zone
and I'm in the middle -- makes for interesting observations on what does
what in what
