: 'Mums

I do like the mums and treat them as annuals or perennials depending on how
well they do.  Last summer I got some gorgeous ones at Home Depot in 6 inch
pots for about $1.44.  They bloomed for a couple of months and would have done
much better if I had planted them as soon as I got home.  They had been
severaly stressed by planting time.  (I always have too many plans of things
to do)

Seems to me, the cheaper they are when I buy them, the better they do.  Am
transplanting several this year.,
