Re: Allium

The foliage of one of my Allium aflatunense plantings is also showing foliar
damage(from the tips down). The bulbs are planted in a bed that gets piled
with plowed treated snow from my heavily maintained street so I assumed
that they were showing salt damage. I have another grouping in the same bed
that doesn't get treated snow piled on them and the foliage is in perfect
shape. This is the first year that I have grown these bulbs so I have
nothing to compare with. I also have some allium sphaerocephalon
(drumstick) in this same bed and the foliage is fine on them in both areas
of the bed.
