Barb,

Wayside Gardens has been around for quite a while, and while they're
certainly no discount nursery, I have to credit them for starting me into
horticultural collecting. For the uninitiated, they have good color
pictures (not cheap to produce in pre-Internet days), and a
no-questions-asked guarantee for anything that doesn't grow. Of course,
now that I know better, I've found specialty nurseries, that often carry
the same thing at much more reasonable prices.

Still, $29.95 for C. grandiflora seem quite steep, considering that
Woodlanders, 1128 Colleton Ave, Aiken, SC 29801 has them for $8.50 each.
They only ship from October 1 to March 31. There was also that site in
Minnesota that I sent with my original post.

My plant of C. grandiflora is just breaking dormancy and if it puts out
sufficient growth for me to trim, I'd be happy to try to root some cuttings
for you. Let me know if you'd like me to try.

Don
