I use this, too, and it is great! It helps if you put it on before
gardening, as well as after. It's expensive, but worth it for those of us
who hate wearing gloves when we garden. I buy mine in a local gift shop, but
Crabtree & Evelyn has a website where you can buy the hand therapy and other
products. They even have gardening tips and links on the site (especially
for fragrant & herb gardening), so I don't feel too off topic in passing it
