OK. I've been lurking for weeks, but the gardening tasks do beckon!
I have a large bed with this theme, and keep adding to it. So far...
lilac
forsythia
canna (rosemond)(started indoors in March)
lilies - oriental and asiatic, in shades ranging from rose to pink to white
daylilies - from light pink to hot pink
Sarah Bernhardt peony
Double white peony
Pink Phlox
Sedum Autumn Joy
Nicotiana - white patches and pink patches
Bachelor buttons
Hydrangea (already there - huge)
Hollyhock - double pink and rose
lavender as border
Dianthus as border
pansies as border
Lamb's ears
Salvia victoria blue
Lavatera, white
Color theme is white to pink to rose to lavender. Very old fashioned
looking, like an English cottage garden.
