Hi Linda,

Yes, I have overwintered the fallopia.  I have some in full sun and others
in heavy shade.  The ones in the shade are slower breaking dormancy than the
ones in the sun, but other than that, I haven't noticed any real
differences.  This is a great plant for brightening up those dark areas.
