I realize we all garden in different zones, but I have my best reseeding of
foxglove in cool, moist shady areas. Perhaps if you start your seeds in an
area like that, even if you move them once they're maturing, you will have
constant foxgloves (some blooming and some growing along from last year, to
bloom next year...)

For mine is a little old fashioned garden where the flowers come
together to praise the Lord and teach all who look upon them to do
likewise.
