If you search through the perennials archives you can find some
information on Schizophragma hydrangeoides.

It's basically the same as a climbing hydrangea (Hydrangea anomola ssp.
petiolaris), but tends to grow flat against surfaces instead of
sticking out like the Hydrangea does.  The foliage is particularly striking
to me, starting off with a silvery veination that fades.
