Jerry, I seem to recall that my A. tuberosa did very little the year I
planted it and was extremely late to come up the following year and didn't
grow much that year either. It is now, 6 years later, and nice clump. It is
certianly possible that the plant has died. Some do. But be patient--it may
show up yet.
