Patience & Platycodon?

Barb, I have six clumps of platycodon, now ranging from 10 inches
high to about an inch high -- the latter started showing only a week
ago. We're a bit warmer here, I think, due to the lake effect, so
I'd wait a while before giving up. Also my clumps are anywhere from
7 to 3 years old and the older clumps tend to show up earlier here.
Also, the ones in the damper, richer bed showed up earlier than those
in a drier location.
