Re: Tuberoses' water needs

I'm not an expert but this is what has worked for me. I grow them in the
ground in partial shade and give them what I give most annuals and
perennials, i.e. an inch of water a week, more or less. Just the average
amount of water. They do fine that way. 

However, the book I consulted about pot culture of tuberose says :

Tuberoses are very demanding when it comes to watering and feeding. Keep
the soil barely moist when first potted and increase the amount of water
as the plant grows. Use plant food every time you water. (I presume a
weak solution of plant food.)
