Garden thug threads always intrigue me.
I appreciate a distinction between plants which 'spread' (increase in
size), plants which re-seed prolifically (like some euphorbias or sweet
cicely, for example), and something which simply GROWS EVERYWHERE (like
creeping charlie, mints or Chinese lantern).
I'd like more information on the oenothera. Specifically, has anyone had
experience with Mexican evening primrose ~ oenothera berlanderi "Siskiyou'
(which I just planted)? And exactly what is the nature of the problem with
this plant?
I'm Zone 7 or 8.
Thanks,
