Agreed, Susan and Val, but who's to say that they won't do well on the
internet?
I still think it wouldn't hurt to send a flood of e-mail asking either
Milaeger's or Garden.Net to produce a printed, succinct catalog for a price
(not for re-orderers, or
course, ahem...) that we could use while planning/dreaming. If required, I
could muster the means to order over the internet, but Garden.Net offers a
toll-free # and
I called (to complain about the lack of a concise, print-outable list of
perennials) and
the woman I spoke to was actually more knowledgeable than most order takers
for
direct mail vendors.
What say you? E-mail til we drop? Especially if it is directed to Kevin
Milaeger, who has always seemed so responsive in person. Betcha he'd like to
have our views on
their new venue.
