I plant my daffs under my daylilies too. Since this is our first year
here, the daylilies are quite small yet, and not covering the fading
daffs. I made the mistake one year, at my old house, of planting tulips
under my rhubarb (thinking of hiding the dying foliage under those big
broad leaves). BAAAD mistake. My rhubarb was three feet high and the
tulips never saw the light of day!
Now that my Fritillaria Imperialis is done blooming, what do I do with
it's ugly fading stalks? Same as daffs and tulips?
