My hollyhocks grow like weeds and seed everywhere. However all, even newly
sprouted seedlings are covered with rust. I've tried new seed and new
locations and yet it keeps happening. The flowers look beautiful but a bit
silly when stuck on the ends of bare six foot stalks ( what's left after I
finish deadleafing them) Any ideas? Maybe I should interplant them with some
big leafed plant to give them faux leaves.
