No, I don't mind at all, Lord knows I need all the help I can
get. Gene seems to think I could put them in the ground now and water
every day.
I think I'll try 2 or 3 of them in the ground now and watch them real
close and see what happens. however it's not unusally for our summer
days to get 100 + and the heat index to be 110 to 115 at times.
there have been times that when I walk outside I can't breath and I
sure in TX. you have the same conditions.
I was out today scouting out a cool place to put them, then I'll repot
the others. In July and Aug. "a cool place in my area does not exist
that I'm aware of" They are fine looking plants right now, I've got
to repot them soon. The ones that I repot in larger containers
should be put in the ground in Sept. am I correct?
Delphiniums !!!!!!! now there is a plant to die for. I've never
grown these, but would like to. There is a web site for them and I go
there and just drool. I may try some of them since you have given me
advice about them. I didn't know they should be planted in the fall.
after belonging to this list, I'm gonna turn out to be a genus ha ha

My friends won't know me
My few little larkspurs are sad. I have 3 or 4 I believe, that buds
on them and I'm hoping they survive to bloom, and I hope they will
reseed. I almost took an act of Congress to get some of my seed to
come up. however Congress being what they are, I took the advice from
a lady on this list and this spring I have a few, which if more than
I've ever had. you would not believe me if I told you how many seed
that I have bought in the past years with 0 success. see why I love
this list so much smart people........not like Congress at all.
I'm poking fun hope I haven't offended anyone I'm harmless.
