For me, I would like to get a mature Melianthus major.

As defined by Heronswood: 
A magnificent, masterful mash of highly textural,
pinnate, blue-green foliage, becoming increasingly
silver-blue as the nights of late summer and autumn
cool, rising to 5 ft. and blossoming in early spring
with curious spikes of copper-red flowers (we
recommend removing these to prevent loss of energy
from the plant). Sun and well-drained soil. Superb as
a pot plant in cooler climates, useful in countless
combinations, lovely with the tangerine flowers of
Begonia sutherlandii in our container. Melianthaceae
