Paul, you will have a plant you like. Having been part of the Siberian
group for a long time, here is the Caesar gossip. You need to see the plant
first as any number of Siberian irises are sold with these two names. Hence
some of us will get a very good plant and others will wonder why their plant
is not so good. Most of Caesar's sold are not branched. Any blue iris sold
in a chain store will be labelled Caesar's Brother.
Another popular Siberian with the same problem is the charming 'Flight of
Butterflies'. There are all sizes of this plant ranging from the vigorous to
some tiny ten inch dwarf. If you get the right one it is a mass of very
small irises that is quite showy in June.
