Re: annuals for Gene and a little more

Very perceptive, Kemberly.
You are probably correct about my growing annuals in my garden. But, I
never say never. One never knows where the paths may take them when they are
open to travel. I honestly do keep an open mind. When it all seems comes
together just right, then I act. Part of my not growing annuals is my wife's
gardens and her love of annuals. I already have them around me. Get to go
with her to all the nurseries and garden centers and make comments as she
selects them each spring. Occasionally I will ask for one I want to see
grown someplace in her beds. But, I do try to stay out of that area, as her
beds are hers.
Don't know if JoAn will ever get on a list. I think she would very much
enjoy the activity, but thus far she has not expressed an interest. That is
kind of "my department" for now.
I do enjoy your descriptions and comments about the annuals and tender
perennials you grow.
