Gene, I do not know the name Dave Ramsey and must have missed out on previous 
message but the envelope budgeting method is the way my husband and I started 
out 40 some years ago.  We passed this on to our children also.  Our 
limitations have become our way of life and we have not used this for a 
number of years now.
