Hello Cheryl,
I think I am addicted to potato pancakes. My mother used to make those
wonderful things when I was a kid. Now my wife will make them on occasion
for me. I truly love those things. The ones I get are made with left over
mashed potatoes and we almost never have leftovers in any volume here unless
it is after company has left. My wife is good at calculating a meal for two.
Is it time for dinner yet???
