Claire, I am one of those! My grandmother made oyster dressing. I would get
so deathly sick. At the time I did not know why but in later years
discovered I cannot eat lots of seafood. Only discovered a few years ago
why. I had kidney stones and as ER attendants were getting my medical
history asked, as usual, are you allergy to anything. For some reason, never
have before, I said some seafoods. A big red flag! I found out it is the
iodine and iodine is what they use to test for KS.
My husband loves dressing. Have you ever tried to make something you
can't stand?
