in 2 or 3 years it should grow to about 4-5 feet tall, you've to check
you weather because it's a tropical plants,how cold is your winter
temperature ?

it can grow up to 7m (21 feet) but I always prune it and it grow to only
about 5 feet tall.I've propagating it from seeds and it first blooming
when it's 4 inch tall and only have about 15 leaves,
only 4 month from sedling.
I think you orange jasmine have a big..big problem or maybe it can't
grow in sub tropical area.
