Well Chris I'm in a colder zone - 5/4 SE WI but I do have lots of dry sunny
clay -- that I'm improving more slowly than I thought possible -- and what
has thrived here in baked clay includes: creeping phlox, wild geraniums,
daylilies, dwarf iris, intermediate iris, sedums of all sorts, fall blooming
crocus, bachelor buttons, euphorbia, pinks, and wildflower/weeds from seeds
in the back 40.
