I have often wondered how in New Zealand you get the plants to stay in the ground (being on the bottom of the world). I pictured some elaborate plant staking system. However, I visited your web site with beatiful photos of delphiniums and found that your plants are upright, just like ours. I have no personal experience with plants to grow in snow. I have planted snow crocus this year which is a bulb which is supposed to come up earliest in our season (around February) through the snow. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@mallorn.com with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE PERENNIALS
