Help with Hops

Down here in Oregon they sell root stock for hops in the very early
spring. They are for sale about the same time as strawberries,rubarb
etc. Plant them in full sun and keep them moist.They are known to do
well here in the Pacific Northwest although I didn't have great luck
with mine.
