If I can add one more bit of advice...I will go out of my way to shop at a
nursery that carries selections not offered anywhere else in the area. If
you want to open such a nursery, I would suggest that you find a
comfortable niche in the specialty perennials and novel/new annuals.
I envy you. It's not every day that you get the opportunity to explore a
dream.
