Re: Favorite gardening Christmas present

OK, I'll chime in and add the well-tended perennial garden to my wish
list, plus I like the idea of one of those tumbling composters (always
wanted one). I'd also love to have some sort of flowering vine for
*inside* the house (maybe seeds to start it on a sunny windowsill?).
I've heard that some annuals can be used inside like that but I can't
remember which ones. Other neat things... gift certificates for the
Roseraie at Bayfields for some gorgeous hardy roses, plant markers, and
anything that lets me be a lazier gardener! :) Oh, and gardening
magazines with lots of photos.

Alicia, zone 4 boonies, who's forwarding this list to her SO (I never
call him a "dear husband" in real life, so I never use the initials-- tho
I suppose it could stand for dopey hunk...)
Ever have one of those nights where you just can't shut up? <VBG>
