The problem is that some people do a group reply to mail messages.
Their mailer puts 'perennials@mallorn.com' in the To: and Cc: headers,
so each message that they send out goes to the list twice. I've
tried filtering this out based on the Message-Id: header, but
apparently the message is treated differently and therefore has
a different header.
The only solution is for people to only reply to the list ONCE. :)
I'll send private notes to the "offenders" that I see.
