The G. macrophyllum looks exactly right! However, I live in NE Kansas
which is pretty far south the range mentioned. Maybe it's a close
southern cousin or hitched a ride somehow. If it makes it through the
winter perhaps the bloom would help tell for sure. I've got it in a pot
so if it turns out to be some sort of thug it won't spread itself all
over the garden.
Thanks again for all the help. I didn't realize how complicated it was
to ID plants.
