Snow on Mt.
Hello Barb,
I grow and enjoy Aegopobium (snow on the Mt) it can be a VERY invasive
plant. I use it as as 10 inch wide border for one of my flower beds and
it takes pretty diligent weeding to keep it contained. If I were you I
would plant it in a container the first year while you make your mind up
if you want to devote quite that much time to it or if you might perhaps
have a area you wouldn't mind being over run. It forms a mat of roots
and would most likely be great on a steep incline which tends to erode.
I also grow Euphorbia (Spurge) and it is a beautiful plant with very thin
leaves very similar to a pine in the spring it has attractive chartreuse
barbs that form a 2 or 3 inch "flower" I grow both of these plants in
full sun.
