I'm not familiar with the totality of Cornwall but I do not that there is
a wonderful daffodil bulb supplier in Cornwall.   I'd hotfoot it over
there and see what if anything he might have left.  Maybe he hasn't
replanted everything.  He is:

He can also give you some information on the Daffodil Society, gardening
groups, etc.  He's very pleasant and might prove to be a wonderful local
resource.
Besides, daffodils really give a gardener something to look for in
spring!
