I'm new to the list and also new to the area. I'm in Cornwall,
England close to a town called Newquay which is right on the coast. I am
looking to start my perennial garden but would love any suggestions anyone might
have. I have come from San Diego which of course has a dramatically
different climate so I'm sure I'll need to "relearn" a few things. Any
suggestions or helpful hints would be great. Is there anything I can start
with now to take me through the winter or am I too late? Thank you in
