fall sales-bulbs

I did some research into my failure with tulips several years ago and
found that if I planted 12 to 14 " down to keep the tulip bulbs cooler
they were suppose to not break up and keep growing. The soil
temperature (East Tennessee) here in the summer is 85 degrees which is
way too hot for the tulips. I believe the original information came
from a research project in North Carolina. school. The remedy is to
PLANT DAFFODILS. Double your money in one year. That is a great return
and not even risky. And for those that don't like yellow, you can chose
all white, white and pink, white and orange, white and red. The
critters don't eat the bulbs. How would you ever know that my favorite
flower is a daffodil?
