Ferti-lome Sulphur Dust

I have a tall, cylindrical carton of Ferti-lome Sulphur Dust and need to use it for some mildew.
Unfortunately, the label is worn off exactly where it says how much to use per gallon of water.
Can anyone help me with this? I've searched the Net without luck and my local garden shops aren't carrying it.
