Don,
There has been some coverage of a system using ultra-violet rays which is
apparently effective. Would you be surprised to note that such a device is
already on the market and being pitched to the govt. I believe that it was
invented for doing something to food, freshness maybe. You guys, not in the
East, cannot imagine the upset all this has caused. Our NY governor had some
positive results in his NYC office from state trooper boots investigating
elsewhere and then walking in his office. He is now in a new place without
all the perks.
I'll give up seeds in the mail (and I like the seedex lists also) if this
will keep one more uniformed public servant from harm.
